5. 12రాజు సముఖమునకు వచ్చి శాసనవిషయమును బట్టిరాజా, ముప్పది దినములవరకు నీకు తప్ప మరి ఏ దేవునికైనను మానవునికైనను ఎవడును ప్రార్థన చేయకూడదు; ఎవడైన చేసినయెడల వాడు సింహముల గుహలో పడద్రోయబడునని నీవు ఆజ్ఞ ఇయ్యలేదా? అని మనవి చేయగా రాజుమాదీయులయొక్కయు పారసీకుల యొక్కయు పద్ధతిప్రకారము ఆ సంగతి స్థిరము; ఎవరును దాని రద్దుపరచజాలరనెను.
