- 18ఒకని కుమారుడు మొండివాడై తిరుగబడి తండ్రిమాట గాని తల్లిమాటగాని వినకయుండి, వారు అతని శిక్షిం చిన తరువాతయును అతడు వారికి విధేయుడు కాక పోయిన యెడల
- 19అతని తలిదండ్రులు అతని పట్టుకొని ఊరి గవినియొద్ద కూర్చుండు పెద్దలయొద్దకు అతని తీసికొని వచ్చి
- 20మా కుమారుడైన వీడు మొండివాడై తిరుగ బడి యున్నాడు; మా మాట వినక తిండిబోతును త్రాగుబోతును ఆయెనని ఊరి పెద్దలతో చెప్ప వలెను.
- 21అప్పుడు ఊరి ప్రజలందరు రాళ్లతో అతని చావగొట్టవలెను. అట్లు ఆ చెడుతనమును నీ మధ్యనుండి పరిహరించుదువు. అప్పుడు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరు విని భయపడుదురు.
