కాబట్టి నా మాట వినుము. నేను నీకొక ఆలోచన చెప్పెదను. దేవుడు నీకు తోడైయుండును, ప్రజల పక్షమున నీవు దేవుని సముఖమందు ఉండి వారి వ్యాజ్యెములను దేవుని యొద్దకు తేవలెను.
Kaabatti naa maata vinumu. Nenu neekoka aalochana cheppedanu. Devudu neeku todaiyundunu, prajala pakshamuna neevu devuni samukhamandu undi vaari vyaajyemulanu devuni yoddaku tevalenu.

- 21మరియు నీవు ప్రజలందరిలో సామర్థ్యము దైవభక్తి సత్యాసక్తి కలిగి, లంచగొండులుకాని మనుష్యులను ఏర్పరచుకొని, వేయిమందికి ఒకనిగాను, నూరుమందికి ఒకనిగాను, ఏబదిమందికి ఒకనిగాను, పది మందికి ఒకనిగాను, వారిమీద న్యాయాధిపతులను నియమింపవలెను.
