1అందుకు మోషే - చిత్తగించుము; వారు నన్ను నమ్మరు నా మాట వినరు - యెహోవా నీకు ప్రత్యక్షము కాలేదందురు అని ఉత్తరమియ్యగా
2యెహోవా నీ చేతిలోనిది ఏమిటి అని అతని నడిగెను. అందుకతడు కఱ్ఱ అనెను.
3అప్పుడాయన నేలను దాని పడవేయుమనెను. అతడు దాని నేల పడవేయగానే అది పామాయెను. మోషే దానినుండి పారిపోయెను.
4అప్పుడు యెహోవా - నీ చెయ్యి చాపి దాని తోక పట్టుకొనుమనగా, అతడు తన చెయ్యి చాపి దాని పట్టుకొనగానే అది అతని చేతిలో కఱ్ఱ ఆయెను.
5ఆయన దానిచేత వారు తమ పితరుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా, అనగా అబ్రాహాము దేవుడు ఇస్సాకు దేవుడు యాకోబు దేవుడు నీకు ప్రత్యక్ష మాయెనని నమ్ముదురనెను.
