అప్పుడు అశాహేలు కుమారుడైన యోనాతానును తిక్వా కుమారుడైన యహజ్యాయును మాత్రమే ఆ పనికి నిర్ణ యింప బడిరి. మెషుల్లామును లేవీయుడైన షబ్బెతైయును వారికి సహాయులై యుండిరి.
Appudu ashaahelu kumaarudaina yonaataanunu tikvaa kumaarudaina yahajyaayunu maatrame aa paniki nirna yimpa badiri. Meshullaamunu leveeyudaina shabbetaiyunu vaariki sahaayulai yundiri.

- 16చెరనుండి విడుదలనొందిన వారు అట్లు చేయగా యాజకుడైన ఎజ్రాయును పెద్దలలో కొందరు ప్రధానులును వారి పితరుల యింటి పేరు లనుబట్టి తమ తమ పేరుల ప్రకారము అందరిని వేరుగా ఉంచి, పదియవ నెల మొదటి దినమున ఈ సంగతిని విమర్శించుటకు కూర్చుండిరి.
- 17మొదటి నెల మొదటి దిన మున అన్యస్త్రీలను పెండ్లి చేసికొనిన వారందరి సంగతి వారు సమాప్తము చేసిరి.
