యూదా వంశస్థులందరును బెన్యామీనీయు లందరును ఆ మూడు దినములలోగా యెరూషలేమునకు కూడి వచ్చిరి. అది తొమ్మిదవ నెల; ఆ నెల యిరువదియవ దినమున జనులందరును దేవుని మందిరపు వీధిలో కూర్చుని గొప్ప వర్షాలచేత తడియుచు, ఆ సంగతిని తలం చుటవలన వణకుచుండిరి.

Yoodaa vanshasthulandarunu benyaameeneeyu landarunu aa moodu dinamulalogaa yerooshalemunaku koodi vachchiri. Adi tommidava nela; aa nela yiruvadiyava dinamuna janulandarunu devuni mandirapu veedhilo koorchuni goppa varshaalacheta tadiyuchu, aa sangatini talam chutavalana vanakuchundiri.

King James Version (KJV): Then all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered themselves together unto Jerusalem within three days. It [was] the ninth month, on the twentieth [day] of the month; and all the people sat in the street of the house of God, trembling because of [this] matter, and for the great rain.

10అప్పుడు యాజకుడైన ఎజ్రా లేచి వారితో ఇట్లనెనుమీరు ఆజ్ఞను మీరి అన్యస్త్రీలను పెండ్లిచేసికొని, ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల అపరాధమును ఎక్కువ చేసితిరి.
11కాబట్టి యిప్పుడు మీ పితరులయొక్క దేవుడైన యెహోవా యెదుట మీ పాపమును ఒప్పుకొని, ఆయన చిత్తానుసార ముగా నడుచుకొనుటకు సిద్ధపడి, దేశపు జనులను అన్య స్త్రీలను విసర్జించి మిమ్మును మీరు ప్రత్యేకపరచుకొని యుండుడి.
