2. 15ఈ హేతువుచేత మొదటి నిబంధన కాలములో జరిగిన అపరాధములనుండి విమోచనము కలుగుటకై ఆయన మరణము పొందినందున, పిలువబడిన వారు నిత్యమైన స్వాస్థ్యమును గూర్చిన వాగ్దానమును పొందు నిమిత్తము ఆయన క్రొత్తనిబంధనకు మధ్యవర్తియై యున్నాడు.
3. 16మరణశాసనమెక్కడ ఉండునో అక్కడ మరణశాసనము వ్రాసినవాని మరణము అవశ్యము.
4. 17ఆ శాసనమును వ్రాసినవాడు మరణము పొందితేనే అదిచెల్లును; అది వ్రాసినవాడు జీవించుచుండగా అది ఎప్పుడైనను చెల్లునా?
5. 18ఇందుచేత మొదటి నిబంధనకూడ రక్తములేకుండ ప్రతిష్ఠింపబడలేదు.
