11అట్లు ఆయన దీనులను ఉన్నత స్థలములలో నుంచును దుఃఖపడువారిని క్షేమమునకు లేవనెత్తును.
12వంచకులు తమ పన్నాగములను నెరవేర్చ నేరకుండ ఆయన వారి ఉపాయములను భంగపరచును
