3. 8ఫిలిష్తీయుల సర్దారులు ఏడు నిరవంజి చువ్వ లను ఆమెయొద్దకు తీసికొని రాగా ఆమె వాటితో అతని బంధించెను.
4. 9మాటుననుండువారు ఆమెతో అంతఃపుర ములో దిగియుండిరి గనుక ఆమెసమ్సోనూ, ఫిలిష్తీ యులు నీమీద పడుచున్నారని అతనితో అనగా, అతడు అగ్నితగిలిన నూలు రీతిగా ఆ తడపలను తెంపెను గనుక అతని బలము తెలియబడలేదు.
5. 10అప్పుడు దెలీలాఇదిగో నీవు నన్ను ఎగతాళిచేసి నాతో అబద్ధమాడితివి, నిన్ను దేనిచేత బంధింప వచ్చునో దయచేసి నాకు తెలుపుమని సమ్సోనుతో చెప్పగా
