46మూడు దినములైన తరువాత ఆయన దేవాలయములో బోధకుల మధ్య కూర్చుండి, వారి మాటలను ఆలకించుచు వారిని ప్రశ్నలడుగుచు ఉండగా చూచిరి.

48ఆయన తలిదండ్రులు ఆయనను చూచి మిక్కిలి ఆశ్చర్యపడిరి. ఆయన తల్లికుమారుడా, మమ్మును ఎందుకీలాగు చేసితివి? ఇదిగో నీ తండ్రియు నేనును దుఃఖపడుచు నిన్ను వెదకుచుంటిమని అయనతో చెప్పగా
49ఆయనమీరేల నన్ను వెదకుచుంటిరి? నేను నా తండ్రి పనులమీద నుండవలెనని మీరెరుగరా అని వారితో చెప్పెను;
