అప్పుడు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చెనుయాజకుడైన అహరోను మనుమ డును ఎలియాజరు కుమారుడునైన ఫీనెహాసు, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు షిత్తీములో దిగియుండగా ప్రజలు మోయాబురాండ్రతో వ్యభిచారము చేయసాగిరి.
