Psalm 130 in Tamil

1. 1

   கர்த்தாவே, ஆழங்களிலிருந்து உம்மை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுகிறேன்.

   A Song of degrees. Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD.

2. 2

   ஆண்டவரே, என் சத்தத்தைக் கேளும்; என் விண்ணப்பங்களின் சத்தத்திற்கு உமது செவிகள் கவனித்திருப்பதாக.

   Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.

3. 3

   கர்த்தாவே, நீர் அக்கிரமங்களைக் கவனித்திருப்பீரானால், யார் நிலைநிற்பான், ஆண்டவரே.

   If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?

4. 4

   உமக்குப் பயப்படும்படிக்கு உம்மிடத்தில் மன்னிப்பு உண்டு.

   But [there is] forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

5. 5

   கர்த்தருக்குக் காத்திருக்கிறேன்; என் ஆத்துமா காத்திருக்கிறது; அவருடைய வார்த்தையை நம்பியிருக்கிறேன்.

   I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.

6. 6

   எப்பொழுது விடியும் என்று விடியற்காலத்துக்குக் காத்திருக்கிறஜாமக்காரரைப்பார்க்கிலும் அதிகமாய் என் ஆத்துமா ஆண்டவருக்குக் காத்திருக்கிறது.

   My soul [waiteth] for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: [I say, more than] they that watch for the morning.

7. 7

   இஸ்ரவேல் கர்த்தரை நம்பியிருப்பதாக; கர்த்தரிடத்தில் கிருபையும், அவரிடத்தில் திரளான மீட்பும் உண்டு.

   Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD [there is] mercy, and with him [is] plenteous redemption.

8. 8

   அவர் இஸ்ரவேலை அதின் சகல அக்கிரமங்களினின்றும் மீட்டுக்கொள்வார். (தாவீது பாடின ஆரோகண சங்கீதம்.)

   And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
