4. 10कसदियों ने राजा से कहा, पृथ्वी भर में ऐसा कोई मनुष्य नहीं जो राजा के मन की बात बता सके; और न कोई ऐसा राजा, वा प्रधान, वा हाकिम कभी हुआ है जिसने किसी ज्योतिषी वा तन्त्री, वा कसदी से ऐसी बात पूछी हो।
5. 11जो बात राजा पूछता है, वह अनोखी है, और देवताओं को छोड़ कर जिनका निवास मनुष्यों के संग नहीं है, और कोई दूसरा नहीं, जो राजा को यह बता सके॥
