ನೀನು ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿರು; ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವೆನು. ನಿನಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತಾನಕ್ಕೂ ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೊಡುವೆನು. ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವೆನು.
Neenu ee deshadalli pravaasiyaagiru; naanu ninna sangada iddu ninnannu aasheervadisuvenu. Ninagoo ninna santaanakkoo ee pradeshagalannellaa koduvenu. Ninna tandeyaada abrahaamanige naanu maadida pramaanavannu eederisuvenu.

- 1ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಬರವಲ್ಲದೆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಬರ ಬಂದಿತು. ಆಗ ಇಸಾಕನು ಗೆರಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಫಿಲಿಷ್ಟಿಯರ ಅರಸನಾದ ಅಬೀಮೆಲೆಕನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋದನು.
- 2ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು--ಐಗುಪ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿದು ಹೋಗಬೇಡ. ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರು.
- 3ನೀನು ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿರು; ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವೆನು. ನಿನಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತಾನಕ್ಕೂ ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೊಡುವೆನು. ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವೆನು.
- 4ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಕಾಶದ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳಂತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವೆನು. ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಗೆ ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೊಡುವೆನು. ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಜನಾಂಗ ಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವವು.
- 5ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ವಿಧೇಯನಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ನೇಮವಿಧಿ ಆಜ್ಞೆ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಂಡನು ಅಂದನು.
