3. 18ಮೋರೇಷೆತಿನವನಾದ ವಿಾಕಾಯನು ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಹಿಜ್ಕೀಯನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಜನರಿಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳು ತ್ತಾನೆ--ಚೀಯೋನು ಹೊಲದ ಹಾಗೆ ಉಳಲ್ಪಡು ವದು; ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮು ದಿಬ್ಬಗಳಾಗುವದು; ಮಂದಿ ರದ ಬೆಟ್ಟವು ಅಡವಿಯ ಉನ್ನತ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗುವದು.
4. 19ಅವನನ್ನು ಯೆಹೂದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಹಿಜ್ಕೀಯನೂ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಯೆಹೂದವೂ ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕಿದರೋ? ಅವನು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ತನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊರೆ ಯಿಟ್ಟನಲ್ಲವೋ? ಆ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಕೇಡಿನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪಪಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ತಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.
