ತಿರಿಗಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುವದೇನಂದರೆ-- ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವಂತನು ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಸೂಜಿಯ ಕಣ್ಣಿನೊಳಗೆ ಒಂಟೆಯು ನುಗ್ಗುವದು ಸುಲಭ ಅಂದನು.

- 25ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಆತನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವಿಸ್ಮಯಗೊಂಡು-- ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವವರು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
- 26ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೇಸು ಅವರನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ನೋಡಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಇದು ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ; ಆದರೆ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
