3. 9విడుదల సంవత్సర మైన యేడవసంవత్సరము సమీపమైనదని చెడ్డతలంపు నీ మనస్సులో పుట్టక యుండునట్లు జాగ్రత్తపడుము. బీద వాడైన నీ సహోదరునియెడల కటాక్షము చూపక నీవు వానికేమియు ఇయ్యక పోయినయెడల వాడొకవేళ నిన్ను గూర్చి యెహోవాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టును; అది నీకు పాప మగును.
4. 10నీవు నిశ్చయముగా వానికియ్యవలెను. వాని కిచ్చినందుకు మనస్సులో విచారపడకూడదు. ఇందువలన నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నీ కార్యములన్నిటిలోను నీవు చేయు ప్రయత్నములన్నిటిలోను నిన్ను ఆశీర్వదించును.
5. 11బీదలు దేశములో ఉండకమానరు. అందుచేత నేనునీ దేశములోనున్న నీ సహోదరులగు దీనులకును బీదలకును అవశ్యముగా నీ చెయ్యి చాపవలెనని నీ కాజ్ఞాపించు చున్నాను.
