యూదులు ఈ రెండు దినములనుగూర్చి వ్రాయబడిన ప్రకారముగా ప్రతి సంవత్సరము వాటి నియామక కాలమునుబట్టి వాటిని ఆచరించెదమనియు, ఈ దినములు తరతరముగా ప్రతి కుటుంబములోను ప్రతి సంస్థానములోను ప్రతి పట్టణములోను జ్ఞాపకము చేయబడునట్లుగా ఆచరించెదమనియు,

- 28పూరీము అను ఈ దినములను యూదులు ఆచరింపకయు, తమ సంతతి వారు వాటిని జ్ఞాపకముంచుకొనకయు మానకుండునట్లు నిర్ణయించుకొని, ఆ సంగతిని మరచి పోకుండునట్లు, తమమీదను, తమ సంతతివారిమీదను, తమతో కలిసికొనిన వారిమీదను ఇది యొక బాధ్యతగా ఉండునని ఒప్పుకొనిరి.
- 29అప్పుడు పూరీమునుగూర్చి వ్రాయబడిన యీ రెండవ ఆజ్ఞను దృఢపరచుటకు అబీ హాయిలు కుమార్తెయును రాణియునైన ఎస్తేరును యూదుడైన మొర్దెకైయును ఖండితముగా వ్రాయించిరి.
