కావున రాజవైన తమకు మేము రూఢిపరచున దేమనగా, ఈ పట్టణము కట్టబడి దాని ప్రాకారములు నిలువబెట్టబడినయెడల నది యివతల తమకు హక్కు ఎంత మాత్రము ఉండదు.

Kaavuna raajavaina tamaku memu roodhiparachuna demanagaa, ee pattanamu kattabadi daani praakaaramulu niluvabettabadinayedala nadi yivatala tamaku hakku enta maatramu undadu.

Ezra 4:16 in English

King James Version (KJV): We certify the king that, if this city be builded [again], and the walls thereof set up, by this means thou shalt have no portion on this side the river.
World English Bible (WEB): We inform the king that if this city is built and the walls finished, then you will have no possession beyond the River.

17అప్పుడు రాజుమంత్రియగు రెహూమునకును లేఖకుడగు షివ్షుయికిని షోమ్రోనులో నివసించువారి పక్షముగానున్న మిగిలిన వారికిని నది యవ తలనుండు తక్కినవారికినిమీకు క్షేమసంప్రాప్తియగును గాక అని యీ మొదలగు మాటలు వ్రాయించి సెలవిచ్చిన దేమనగా
18మీరు మాకు పంపిన ఉత్తరమును శాంతముగా చదివించుకొన్నాము.
