7అందుకు ఫిలిప్పువారిలో ప్రతివాడును కొంచెము కొంచెము పుచ్చుకొనుటకైనను రెండువందల దేనారముల రొట్టెలు చాలవని ఆయనతో చెప్పెను.
8ఆయన శిష్యులలో ఒకడు, అనగా సీమోను పేతురు సహోదరుడైన అంద్రెయ

10యేసు జనులను కూర్చుండబెట్టుడని చెప్పెను. ఆ చోట చాల పచ్చికయుండెను గనుక లెక్కకు ఇంచుమించు అయిదువేలమంది పురుషులు కూర్చుండిరి.
11యేసు ఆ రొట్టెలు పట్టుకొని కృతజ్ఞ తాస్తుతులు చెల్లించి కూర్చున్నవారికి వడ్డించెను. ఆలాగున చేపలుకూడ వారికిష్టమైనంత మట్టుకు వడ్డించెను;
