- 28అతడు వారికి ముందుగా సాగి వారితోనా వెంబడి త్వరగా రండి; మీ శత్రువు లైన మోయాబీయులను యెహోవా మీ చేతి కప్పగించు చున్నాడనెను. కాబట్టి వారు అతని వెంబడిని దిగివచ్చి మోయాబు నెదుటి యొర్దాను రేవులను పట్టుకొని యెవనిని దాటనియ్యలేదు.
- 29ఆ కాలమున వారు మోయాబీయు లలో బలముగల శూరులైన పరాక్రమ శాలులను పదివేల మందిని చంపిరి; ఒకడును తప్పించుకొనలేదు. ఆ దిన మున మోయాబీయులు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల చేతిక్రింద అణపబడగా దేశము ఎనుబది సంవత్సరములు నిమ్మళముగా ఉండెను.
