ఇది యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞాపించిన సంగతి. ఒకడు యెహోవాకు మ్రొక్కుకొనిన యెడల, లేక తాను బద్ధుడగుటకు ప్రమాణము చేసిన యెడల, అతడు తన మాటతప్పక తన నోటనుండి వచ్చినదంతయు నెరవేర్చ వలెను.
