ఇశ్రాయేలుయెడల శుద్ధహృదయులయెడల నిశ్చయముగా దేవుడు దయాళుడై యున్నాడు.
A Psalm of Asaph. Truly God [is] good to Israel, [even] to such as are of a clean heart.
నా పాదములు జారుటకు కొంచెమే తప్పెను నా అడుగులు జార సిద్ధమాయెను.
But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped.
భక్తిహీనుల క్షేమము నా కంటబడినప్పుడు గర్వించువారినిబట్టి నేను మత్సరపడితిని.
For I was envious at the foolish, [when] I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
మరణమందు వారికి యాతనలు లేవు వారు పుష్టిగా నున్నారు.
For [there are] no bands in their death: but their strength [is] firm.
ఇతరులకు కలుగు ఇబ్బందులు వారికి కలుగవు ఇతరులకు పుట్టునట్లు వారికి తెగులు పుట్టదు.
They [are] not in trouble [as other] men; neither are they plagued like [other] men.
కావున గర్వము కంఠహారమువలె వారిని చుట్టుకొను చున్నది వస్త్రమువలె వారు బలాత్కారము ధరించుకొందురు.
Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain; violence covereth them [as] a garment.
క్రొవ్వుచేత వారి కన్నులు మెరకలై యున్నవి వారి హృదయాలోచనలు బయటికి కానవచ్చు చున్నవి
Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish.
ఎగతాళి చేయుచు బలాత్కారముచేత జరుగు కీడును గూర్చి వారు మాటలాడుదురు. గర్వముగా మాటలాడుదురు.
They are corrupt, and speak wickedly [concerning] oppression: they speak loftily.
ఆకాశముతట్టు వారు ముఖము ఎత్తుదురు వారి నాలుక భూసంచారము చేయును.
They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walketh through the earth.
వారి జనము వారిపక్షము చేరును వారు జలపానము సమృద్ధిగా చేయుదురు.
Therefore his people return hither: and waters of a full [cup] are wrung out to them.
దేవుడు ఎట్లు తెలిసికొనును మహోన్నతునికి తెలివియున్నదా? అని వారను కొందురు.
And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High?
ఇదిగో ఇట్టివారు భక్తిహీనులు. వీరు ఎల్లప్పుడు నిశ్చింతగలవారై ధనవృద్ధి చేసికొందురు.
Behold, these [are] the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase [in] riches.
నా హృదయమును నేను శుద్ధిచేసికొని యుండుట వ్యర్థమే నా చేతులు కడుగుకొని నిర్మలుడనై యుండుట వ్యర్థమే
Verily I have cleansed my heart [in] vain, and washed my hands in innocency.
దినమంతయు నాకు బాధ కలుగుచున్నది ప్రతి ఉదయమున నాకు శిక్ష వచ్చుచున్నది.
For all the day long have I been plagued, and chastened every morning.
ఈలాగు ముచ్చటింతునని నేననుకొనినయెడల నేను నీ కుమారుల వంశమును మోసపుచ్చినవాడ నగుదును.
If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I should offend [against] the generation of thy children.
అయినను దీనిని తెలిసికొనవలెనని ఆలోచించినప్పుడు
When I thought to know this, it [was] too painful for me;
నేను దేవుని పరిశుద్ధ స్థలములోనికి పోయి వారి అంతమునుగూర్చి ధ్యానించువరకు ఆ సంగతి నాకు ఆయాసకరముగా ఉండెను.
Until I went into the sanctuary of God; [then] understood I their end.
నిశ్చయముగా నీవు వారిని కాలుజారు చోటనే ఉంచియున్నావు వారు నశించునట్లు వారిని పడవేయుచున్నావు
Surely thou didst set them in slippery places: thou castedst them down into destruction.
క్షణమాత్రములోనే వారు పాడై పోవుదురు మహాభయముచేత వారు కడముట్ట నశించుదురు.
How are they [brought] into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.
మేలుకొనినవాడు తాను కన్న కల మరచిపోవునట్లు ప్రభువా, నీవు మేలుకొని వారి బ్రదుకును తృణీకరింతువు.
As a dream when [one] awaketh; [so], O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image.
నా హృదయము మత్సరపడెను. నా అంతరింద్రియములలో నేను వ్యాకులపడితిని.
Thus my heart was grieved, and I was pricked in my reins.
నేను తెలివిలేని పశుప్రాయుడనైతిని నీ సన్నిధిని మృగమువంటి వాడనైతిని.
So foolish [was] I, and ignorant: I was [as] a beast before thee.
అయినను నేను ఎల్లప్పుడు నీయొద్దనున్నాను నా కుడిచెయ్యి నీవు పట్టుకొని యున్నావు.
Nevertheless I [am] continually with thee: thou hast holden [me] by my right hand.
నీ ఆలోచనచేత నన్ను నడిపించెదవు. తరువాత మహిమలో నీవు నన్ను చేర్చుకొందువు
Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me [to] glory.
ఆకాశమందు నీవు తప్ప నాకెవరున్నారు? నీవు నాకుండగా లోకములోనిది ఏదియు నా కక్కర లేదు.
Whom have I in heaven [but thee]? and [there is] none upon earth [that] I desire beside thee.
నా శరీరము నా హృదయము క్షీణించిపోయినను దేవుడు నిత్యము నా హృదయమునకు ఆశ్రయ దుర్గమును స్వాస్థ్యమునై యున్నాడు.
My flesh and my heart faileth: [but] God [is] the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
నిన్ను విసర్జించువారు నశించెదరు నిన్ను విడిచి వ్యభిచరించువారినందరిని నీవు సంహరించెదవు.
For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee.
నాకైతే దేవుని పొందు ధన్యకరము నీ సర్వకార్యములను నేను తెలియజేయునట్లు నేను ప్రభువైన యెహోవా శరణుజొచ్చియున్నాను.
But [it is] good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.
