Psalm 146 in Tamil

1. 1

   அல்லேலூயா, என் ஆத்துமாவே, கர்த்தரைத் துதி.

   Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

2. 2

   நான் உயிரோடிருக்குமட்டும்கர்த்தரைத் துதிப்பேன்; நான் உள்ளளவும் என் தேவனைக் கீர்த்தனம்பண்ணுவேன்.

   While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

3. 3

   பிரபுக்களையும், இரட்சிக்கத்திராணியில்லாத மனுபுத்திரனையும்நம்பாதேயுங்கள்.

   Put not your trust in princes, [nor] in the son of man, in whom [there is] no help.

4. 4

   அவனுடைய ஆவி பிரியும், அவன் தன் மண்ணுக்குத் திரும்புவான்; அந்நாளிலே அவன் யோசனைகள் அழிந்து போம்.

   His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

5. 5

   யாக்கோபின் தேவனைத் தன் துணையாகக் கொண்டிருந்து, தன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்மேல் நம்பிக்கையை வைக்கிறவன் பாக்கியவான்.

   Happy [is he] that [hath] the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope [is] in the LORD his God:

6. 6

   அவர் வானத்தையும் பூமியையும் சமுத்திரத்தையும் அவைகளிலுள்ள யாவையும் உண்டாக்கினவர்; அவர் என்றென்றைக்கும் உண்மையைக் காக்கிறவர்.

   Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein [is:] which keepeth truth for ever:

7. 7

   அவர் ஒடுக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு நியாயஞ்செய்கிறார்; பசியாயிருக்கிறவர்களுக்கு ஆகாரங் கொடுக்கிறார்; கட்டுண்டவர்களைக் கர்த்தர் விடுதலையாக்குகிறார்.

   Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

8. 8

   குருடரின் கண்களைக் கர்த்தர் திறக்கிறார்; மடங்கடிக்கப்பட்டவர்களைக்கர்த்தர் தூக்கிவிடுகிறார்; நீதிமான்களைக் கர்த்தர் சிநேகிக்கிறார்.

   The LORD openeth [the eyes of] the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:

9. 9

   பரதேசிகளைக் கர்த்தர் காப்பாற்றுகிறார்; அவர் திக்கற்ற பிள்ளையையும் விதவையையும் ஆதரிக்கிறார்; துன்மார்க்கரின் வழியையோ கவிழ்த்துப்போடுகிறார்.

   The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

10. 10

    கர்த்தர் சதாகாலங்களிலும் அரசாளுகிறார்; சீயோனே, உன் தேவன் தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாகவும் ராஜரிகம்பண்ணுகிறார். அல்லேலூயா.

    The LORD shall reign for ever, [even] thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
