1. 10ಮರಗಳು ಅಂಜೂರದ ಗಿಡಕ್ಕೆ--ನೀನು ಬಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಳಬೇಕು ಅಂದವು.
2. 11ಆದರೆ ಅಂಜೂರದ ಗಿಡವು ಅವುಗ ಳಿಗೆ--ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಮಧುರವನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ಫಲ ವನ್ನೂ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಮರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುವೆನೋ ಅಂದಿತು.
3. 12ಮರಗಳು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ಗಿಡಕ್ಕೆ--ನೀನು ಬಂದು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಳು ಅಂದವು.
4. 13ಆದರೆ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ಗಿಡವು ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ--ದೇವರನ್ನೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನೂ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡಿಸುವ ನನ್ನ ರಸವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಮರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುವೆನೋ ಅಂದಿತು.
5. 14ಆಗ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮರಗಳು ಮುಳ್ಳಿನ ಗಿಡಕ್ಕೆ--ನೀನು ಬಂದು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಳು ಅಂದವು.
