2 Corinthians 10 in Malayalam

1. 1

   നിങ്ങളുടെ സമക്ഷത്തു താഴ്മയുള്ളവൻ എന്നും അകലത്തിരിക്കെ നിങ്ങളോടു ധൈര്യപ്പെടുന്നവൻ എന്നുമുള്ള പൗലൊസായ ഞാൻ ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ സൗമ്യതയും ശാന്തതയും ഓർപ്പിച്ചു നിങ്ങളെ പ്രബോധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

   Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence [am] base among you, but being absent am bold toward you:

2. 2

   ഞങ്ങൾ ജഡത്തെ അനുസരിച്ചു നടക്കുന്നു എന്നു നിരൂപിക്കുന്ന ചിലരോടു ധീരത കാണിപ്പാൻ ഞാൻ ഭാവിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കൽ വരുമ്പോൾ അങ്ങനെ ഖണ്ഡിതമായ ധൈര്യം കാണിപ്പാൻ ഇടവരരുതു എന്നു അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.

   But I beseech [you], that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh.

3. 3

   ഞങ്ങൾ ജഡത്തിൽ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നവർ എങ്കിലും ജഡപ്രകാരം പോരാടുന്നില്ല.

   For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:

4. 4

   ഞങ്ങളുടെ പോരിന്റെ ആയുധങ്ങളോ ജഡികങ്ങൾ അല്ല, കോട്ടകളെ ഇടിപ്പാൻ ദൈവസന്നിധിയിൽ ശക്തിയുള്ളവ തന്നേ.

   (For the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

5. 5

   അവയാൽ ഞങ്ങൾ സങ്കല്പങ്ങളും ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പരിജ്ഞാനത്തിന്നു വിരോധമായി പൊങ്ങുന്ന എല്ലാ ഉയർച്ചയും ഇടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു, ഏതു വിചാരത്തെയും ക്രിസ്തുവിനോടുള്ള അനുസരണത്തിന്നായിട്ടു പിടിച്ചടക്കി,

   Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

6. 6

   നിങ്ങളുടെ അനുസരണം തികഞ്ഞു വരുമ്പോൾ എല്ലാ അനുസരണക്കേടിന്നും പ്രതികാരം ചെയ്‌വാൻ ഒരുങ്ങിയുമിരിക്കുന്നു. നിങ്ങൾ പുറമെയുള്ളതു നോക്കുന്നു.

   And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

7. 7

   താൻ ക്രിസ്തുവിന്നുള്ളവൻ എന്നു ഒരുത്തൻ ഉറച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അവൻ ക്രിസ്തുവിന്നുള്ളവൻ എന്നപോലെ ഞങ്ങളും ക്രിസ്തുവിനുള്ളവർ എന്നു അവൻ പിന്നെയും നിരൂപിക്കട്ടെ.

   Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ’s, let him of himself think this again, that, as he [is] Christ’s, even so [are] we Christ’s.

8. 8

   നിങ്ങളെ ഇടിച്ചുകളവാനല്ല പണിവാനത്രേ കർത്താവു ഞങ്ങൾക്കു തന്ന അധികാരത്തെക്കുറിച്ചു ഒന്നു അധികം പ്രശംസിച്ചാലും ഞാൻ ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകയില്ല.

   For though I should boast somewhat more of our authority, which the Lord hath given us for edification, and not for your destruction, I should not be ashamed:

9. 9

   ഞാൻ ലേഖനങ്ങളെക്കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളെ പേടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു എന്നു തോന്നരുതു.

   That I may not seem as if I would terrify you by letters.

10. 10

    അവന്റെ ലേഖനങ്ങൾ ഘനവും ഊറ്റവും ഉള്ളവ തന്നേ; ശരീരസന്നിധിയോ ബലഹീനവും വാക്കു നിന്ദ്യവുമത്രേ എന്നു ചിലർ പറയുന്നുവല്ലോ.

    For [his] letters, say they, [are] weighty and powerful; but [his] bodily presence [is] weak, and [his] speech contemptible.

11. 11

    അകലെയിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞങ്ങൾ ലേഖനങ്ങളാൽ വാക്കിൽ എങ്ങനെയുള്ളവരോ അരികത്തിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ പ്രവൃത്തിയിലും അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവർ തന്നേ എന്നു അങ്ങനത്തവൻ നിരൂപിക്കട്ടെ.

    Let such an one think this, that, such as we are in word by letters when we are absent, such [will we be] also in deed when we are present.

12. 12

    തങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ ശ്ലാഘിക്കുന്ന ചിലരോടു ഞങ്ങളെത്തന്നേ ചേർത്തൊരുമിപ്പാനോ ഉപമിപ്പാനോ തുനിയുന്നില്ല; അവർ തങ്ങളാൽ തന്നേ തങ്ങളെ അളക്കുകയും തങ്ങളോടു തന്നേ തങ്ങളെ ഉപമിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു തിരിച്ചറിവുള്ളവരല്ല.

    For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.

13. 13

    ഞങ്ങളോ അളവില്ലാത്തവണ്ണമല്ല, നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കലോളം എത്തുമാറു ദൈവം ഞങ്ങൾക്കു അളന്നുതന്ന അതിരിന്റെ അളവിന്നു ഒത്തവണ്ണമത്രേ പ്രശംസിക്കുന്നതു.

    But we will not boast of things without [our] measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you.

14. 14

    ഞങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കലോളം എത്താതെ അതിർ കടന്നു പോകുന്നു എന്നല്ല; ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ സുവിശേഷം പ്രസംഗിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു ഞങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുക്കലോളം വന്നിട്ടുണ്ടല്ലോ.

    For we stretch not ourselves beyond [our measure], as though we reached not unto you: for we are come as far as to you also in [preaching] the gospel of Christ:

15. 15

    ഞങ്ങൾ മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ പ്രയത്നഫലം കൈവശമാക്കി അളവില്ലാതെ പ്രശംസിക്കുന്നു എന്നുമില്ല. നിങ്ങളുടെ വിശ്വാസം വർദ്ധിച്ചാൽ ഞങ്ങളുടെ അതിരിന്നകത്തു നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ അത്യന്തം വലുതായ ഫലം പ്രാപിപ്പാനും

    Not boasting of things without [our] measure, [that is], of other men’s labours; but having hope, when your faith is increased, that we shall be enlarged by you according to our rule abundantly,

16. 16

    മറ്റൊരുത്തന്റെ അതിരിന്നകത്തു സാധിച്ചതിൽ പ്രശംസിക്കാതെ നിങ്ങൾക്കു അപ്പുറത്തുള്ള ദിക്കുകളോളം സുവിശേഷം പ്രസംഗിപ്പാനും ആശിക്കയത്രേ ചെയ്യുന്നു.

    To preach the gospel in the [regions] beyond you, [and] not to boast in another man’s line of things made ready to our hand.

17. 17

    പ്രശംസിക്കുന്നവൻ കർത്താവിൽ പ്രശംസിക്കട്ടെ.

    But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

18. 18

    തന്നെത്താൻ പുകഴ്ത്തുന്നവനല്ല കർത്താവു പുകഴ്ത്തുന്നവനത്രേ കൊള്ളാകുന്നവൻ.

    For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth.
