10അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാർ പെരുനാളിന്നു പോയശേഷം അവനും പരസ്യമായിട്ടല്ല രഹസ്യത്തിൽ എന്നപോലെ പോയി.
11എന്നാൽ യെഹൂദന്മാർ പെരുനാളിൽ: അവൻ എവിടെ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു അവനെ അന്വേഷിച്ചു.
12പുരുഷാരത്തിൽ അവനെക്കുറിച്ചു വളരെ കുശുകുശുപ്പു ഉണ്ടായി: അവൻ നല്ലവൻ എന്നു ചിലരും അല്ല, അവൻ പുരുഷാരത്തെ വഞ്ചിക്കുന്നു എന്നു മറ്റു ചിലരും പറഞ്ഞു.
13എങ്കിലും യെഹൂദന്മാരെ പേടിച്ചിട്ടു ആരും പ്രസിദ്ധമായി അവനെക്കുറിച്ചു സംസാരിച്ചില്ല.
