20అజజ్యాహు కుమారుడైన హోషేయ ఎఫ్రాయిమీయులకు అధిపతిగా ఉండెను, మనష్షే అర్ధగోత్రపువారికి పెదాయా కుమారుడైన యోవేలు అధిపతిగా ఉండెను,
