- 26అయితే సౌలు పర్వతము ఈ తట్టునను దావీదును అతని జనులును పర్వతము ఆ తట్టునను పోవుచుండగా దావీదు సౌలుదగ్గరనుండి తప్పించుకొని పోవలెనని త్వరపడుచుండెను. సౌలును అతని జనులును దావీదును అతని జనులను పట్టుకొనవలెనని వారిని చుట్టు కొనుచుండిరి.

- 28సౌలు దావీదును తరుముట మాని వెనుకకు తిరిగి ఫిలిష్తీయులను ఎదుర్కొనబోయెను. కాబట్టి సెలహమ్మలెకోతు అని ఆ స్థలమునకు పేరు పెట్టబడెను.
- 29తరువాత దావీదు అక్కడనుండి పోయి ఏన్గెదీకి వచ్చి కొండ స్థలములలో నివాసము చేయుచుండెను.
