4. 14అప్పుడు లూదియయను దైవభక్తిగల యొక స్త్రీ వినుచుండెను. ఆమె ఊదారంగు పొడిని అమ్ము తుయతైర పట్టణస్థురాలు. ప్రభువు ఆమె హృదయము తెరచెను గనుక పౌలు చెప్పిన మాటలయందు లక్ష్యముంచెను.
5. 15ఆమెయు ఆమె యింటివారును బాప్తిస్మము పొందినప్పుడు, ఆమె - నేను ప్రభువునందు విశ్వాసము గలదాననని మీరు యెంచితే, నా యింటికి వచ్చియుండు డని వేడుకొని మమ్మును బలవంతము చేసెను.
