స్త్రీలందరికంటె రాజు ఎస్తేరును ప్రేమించెను, కన్యలందరికంటె ఆమె అతనివలన దయాదాక్షిణ్యములు పొందెను. అతడు రాజ్యకిరీటమును ఆమె తలమీద ఉంచి ఆమెను వష్తికి బదులుగా రాణిగా నియమించెను.
