మరియు నీవు గోధుమలును యవలును కాయధాన్యములును చోళ్లును సజ్జలును తెల్ల జిలకరను తెచ్చుకొని, యొక పాత్రలో ఉంచి, నీవు ఆ ప్రక్కమీద పండుకొను దినముల లెక్కచొప్పున రొట్టెలు కాల్చుకొనవలెను, మూడువందల తొంబది దినములు నీవు ఈలాగున భోజనము చేయుచు రావలెను;
Mariyu neevu godhumalunu yavalunu kaayadhaanyamulunu chollunu sajjalunu tella jilakaranu techchukoni, yoka paatralo unchi, neevu aa prakkameeda pandukonu dinamula lekkachoppuna rottelu kaalchukonavalenu, mooduvandala tombadi dinamulu neevu eelaaguna bhojanamu cheyuchu raavalenu;

- 11నీళ్లు కొలప్రకారము అరపడిచొప్పున ప్రతిదినము త్రాగ వలెను, వేళవేళకు త్రాగవలెను;
