పొరబాటున ఒకని చంపిన యెవడైనను వాటిలోనికి పారి పోవునట్లు ఆ ఆరు పురములు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకును పర దేశులకును మీ మధ్య నివసించువారికిని ఆశ్రయమై యుండును.

- 17ఒకడు చచ్చు నట్లు మరియొకడు రాతితో వాని కొట్టగా దెబ్బతినిన వాడు చనిపోయినయెడల కొట్టినవాడు నరహంతకుడగును. ఆ నరహంతకుడు నిశ్చయముగా మరణశిక్ష నొందును.
