అయితే దావీదు అరణ్యములోని కొండస్థలముల యందును, జీఫు అను అరణ్యమున ఒక పర్వతమందును నివాసము చేయుచుండెను; సౌలు అనుదినము అతని వెదకినను దేవుడు సౌలుచేతికి అతని నప్పగించలేదు.
