ఇదిగో నా కన్ను ఇదంతయు చూచెను. నా చెవి దాని విని గ్రహించియున్నది
Lo, mine eye hath seen all [this], mine ear hath heard and understood it.
మీకు తెలిసినది నాకును తెలిసేయున్నది నేను మీకంటె తక్కువ జ్ఞానముగలవాడను కాను.
What ye know, [the same] do I know also: I [am] not inferior unto you.
నేను సర్వశక్తుడగు దేవునితో మాటలాడ గోరుచున్నాను దేవునితోనే వాదింప గోరుచున్నాను
Surely I would speak to the Almighty, and I desire to reason with God.
మీరైతే అబద్ధములు కల్పించువారు. మీరందరు పనికిమాలిన వైద్యులు.
But ye [are] forgers of lies, ye [are] all physicians of no value.
మీరు కేవలము మౌనముగా నుండుట మేలు అది మీకు జ్ఞానమని యెంచబడును.
O that ye would altogether hold your peace! and it should be your wisdom.
దయచేసి నా వాదము వినుడి, నేను ఆడు వ్యాజ్యెము నాలకించుడి.
Hear now my reasoning, and hearken to the pleadings of my lips.
దేవుని పక్షముగా మీరు అన్యాయ వాదన చేయుదురా? ఆయన పక్షముగా మీరు మోసములు పలుకుదురా?
Will ye speak wickedly for God? and talk deceitfully for him?
ఆయన యెడల మీరు పక్షపాతము చూపుదురా?దేవుని పక్షమున మీరు వాదింతురా?
Will ye accept his person? will ye contend for God?
ఆయన మిమ్మును పరిశోధించుట మీకు క్షేమమా? లేక ఒకడు నరులను మోసముచేయునట్లు మీరు ఆయనను మోసము చేయుదురా?
Is it good that he should search you out? or as one man mocketh another, do ye [so] mock him?
మీరు రహస్యముగా పక్షపాతము చూపిన యెడల నిశ్చయముగా ఆయన మిమ్మును గద్దించును.
He will surely reprove you, if ye do secretly accept persons.
ఆయన ప్రభావము మిమ్మును భయపెట్టదా? ఆయన భయము మీ మీదికి రాదా?
Shall not his excellency make you afraid? and his dread fall upon you?
మీ హెచ్చరిక మాటలు బూడిదె సామెతలు. మీ వాదములు మంటివాదములు
Your remembrances [are] like unto ashes, your bodies to bodies of clay.
నేను మాటలాడెదను నా జోలికి రాక మౌనులైయుండుడి నామీదికి వచ్చునది ఏదో అది వచ్చునుగాక.
Hold your peace, let me alone, that I may speak, and let come on me what [will].
నేనెందుకు నా ప్రాణమును ఎరగా చేసికొనవలెను?చేసికొననుగాని ప్రాణమునకు తెగించి మాటలాడెదను
Wherefore do I take my flesh in my teeth, and put my life in mine hand?
ఇదిగో ఆయన నన్ను చంపినను, నేను ఆయన కొరకు కనిపెట్టుచున్నాను. ఆయన సన్నిధిని నా ప్రవర్తన న్యాయమని రుజువుపరతును.
Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.
ఇదియు నాకు రక్షణార్థమైనదగును భక్తిహీనుడు ఆయన సన్నిధికి రాతెగింపడు.
He also [shall be] my salvation: for an hypocrite shall not come before him.
నా వాజ్మూలమును శ్రద్ధగా ఆలకించుడినా ప్రమాణవాక్యములు మీ చెవులలో చొరనీయుడి.
Hear diligently my speech, and my declaration with your ears.
ఆలోచించుడి నేను నా వ్యాజ్యెమును సరిచేసికొనియున్నాను నేను నిర్దోషిగా కనబడుదునని నాకు తెలియును.
Behold now, I have ordered [my] cause; I know that I shall be justified.
నాతో వ్యాజ్యెమాడ చూచువాడెవడు? ఎవడైన నుండినయెడల నేను నోరుమూసికొని ప్రాణము విడిచెదను.
Who [is] he [that] will plead with me? for now, if I hold my tongue, I shall give up the ghost.
ఈ రెండు పనులు మాత్రము నాకు చేయకుము అప్పుడు నేను నీకు విముఖుడనై యుండను.
Only do not two [things] unto me: then will I not hide myself from thee.
నీ చెయ్యి నామీదనుండి తొలగింపుము నీ భయము నన్ను బెదరింపనీయకుము
Withdraw thine hand far from me: and let not thy dread make me afraid.
అప్పుడు నీవు పిలిచిన యెడల నేను నీ కుత్తర మిచ్చెదను నేను పలికెదను నీవు నా కుత్తరమిమ్ము
Then call thou, and I will answer: or let me speak, and answer thou me.
నా దోషములెన్ని? నా పాపములెన్ని?నా అతిక్రమమును నా పాపమును నాకు తెలియజేయుము.
How many [are] mine iniquities and sins? make me to know my transgression and my sin.
నీవేల నీ ముఖమును మరుగుచేసికొంటివి?నన్నేల నీకు పగవానిగా ఎంచుచున్నావు?
Wherefore hidest thou thy face, and holdest me for thine enemy?
ఇటు అటు కొట్టుకొని పోవుచున్న ఆకును నీవు వేధించెదవా?ఎండిపోయిన చెత్తను తరుముదువా?
Wilt thou break a leaf driven to and fro? and wilt thou pursue the dry stubble?
నీవు నాకు కఠినమైన శిక్ష విధించి యున్నావు నా బాల్యకాలపు పాపములను నాకు స్వాస్థ్యముగా నీవు విధించియున్నావు
For thou writest bitter things against me, and makest me to possess the iniquities of my youth.
బొండలలో నా కాళ్లు బిగించియున్నావునా ప్రవర్తన అంతయు నీవు కనిపెట్టుచున్నావునా అరికాళ్లచుట్టు గిఱిగీసియున్నావు
Thou puttest my feet also in the stocks, and lookest narrowly unto all my paths; thou settest a print upon the heels of my feet.
మురిగి క్షీణించుచున్న వానిచుట్టు చిమ్మటకొట్టిన వస్త్రమువంటివాని చుట్టుగిఱిగీసి వానిని కనిపెట్టుచున్నావు.
And he, as a rotten thing, consumeth, as a garment that is moth eaten.
