1. ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲಿ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಲಿ. ಕರ್ತನು ತನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿನಗೆ ದಯೆ ತೋರಿಸಲಿ. ಕರ್ತನು ತನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಎತ್ತಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಿ.ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಡಬೇಕು. ನಾನೇ ಅವರನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವೆನು.

   The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

2. ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಅಂತರಿಂದ್ರಿಯಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದೀ; ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಗರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿದ್ದೀ. ನಾನು ಭಯಭರಿತನಾಗಿಯೂ ಅದ್ಭುತ ವಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾ ಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು ಅದ್ಭುತಗಳಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ನನ್ನ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿದಿದೆ;

   For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully [and] wonderfully made: marvellous [are] thy works; and [that] my soul knoweth right well.

3. ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಡುವ ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅವು ಕೇಡಿ ಗಲ್ಲ, ಸಮಾಧಾನಕ್ಕಿರುವ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳು; ನೀವು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವವುಗಳೇ.

   For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

4. ನಾವು ಜ್ಞಾನವುಳ್ಳ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವ ಹಾಗೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ದಿವಸಗಳನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಮಗೆ ಕಲಿಸು.

   So teach [us] to number our days, that we may apply [our] hearts unto wisdom.

5. ಕರ್ತನು ಮಾಡಿದ ದಿನವು ಇದೇ; ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಿಸಿ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುವೆವು.

   This [is] the day [which] the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

6. ನನ್ನ ಮೂಲಕ ನಿನ್ನ ದಿನಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚುವವು; ನಿನ್ನ ಜೀವನದ ವರುಷಗಳು ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುವವು.

   For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased.

7. ನಿನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಹೃದಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡಲಿ; ನಿನ್ನ ಆಲೋ ಚನೆಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಪೂರೈಸಲಿ.

   Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.

8. ಕರ್ತನ ಕನಿಕರಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ನಾವು ನಾಶವಾಗ ಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಆತನ ಅಂತಃಕರುಣೆಯು ಮುಗಿಯುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವು ಪ್ರತಿ ಮುಂಜಾನೆಯೂ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿರುವವು; ನಿನ್ನ ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತಿಕೆಯು ಮಹತ್ತಾದದ್ದು.

   [It is of] the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. [They are] new every morning: great [is] thy faithfulness.

9. ದೀರ್ಘಾಯುಷ್ಯದಿಂದ ಅವನನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಪಡಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸುವೆನು.

   With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

10. ಪ್ರಿಯನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವು ಅಭಿವೃದಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ನೀನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥನಾಗಿದ್ದು ಕ್ಷೇಮಹೊಂದಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾನು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

    Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

11. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಪ್ಪಿನ ಪ್ರಾಯದ ವರೆಗೆ ನಾನೇ (ಆಧಾರ) ನರೆಗೂದಲು ಬಂದಾಗಲೂ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹೊರುವೆನು, ನಾನೇ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡಿದೆನು, ನಾನೇ ಹೊರುವೆನು, ಅಂತೂ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು.

    And [even] to [your] old age I [am] he; and [even] to hoar hairs will I carry [you:] I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver [you].

12. ಜೀವದ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವಿ; ನಿನ್ನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಂತೋಷ ವೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಭಾಗ್ಯವೂ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ.

    Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence [is] fulness of joy; at thy right hand [there are] pleasures for evermore.

13. ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಒಳ್ಳೇತನವೂ ಕರುಣೆಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದ ದಿವಸ ಗಳಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುವವು; ನಾನು ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವೆನು.

    Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

14. ಕರ್ತನಲ್ಲಿ ಆನಂದವಾಗಿರು; ಆಗ ಆತನು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡುವನು.

    Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

15. ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿತ್ಯವೂ ನಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಮಳೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಎಲುಬುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವನು ಮತ್ತು ನೀನು ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿದ ತೋಟದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಮುಗಿಯದ ಜಲಬುಗ್ಗೆಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಇರುವಿ.

    And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

16. ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೋಗೋಣವನ್ನೂ ಬರೋಣವನ್ನೂ ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ಕಾಪಾಡುವನು.

    The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

17. ನಿನ್ನ ಯೌವನವು ಹದ್ದಿನಂತೆ ಹೊಸದಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಒಳ್ಳೇದ ರಿಂದ ತೃಪ್ತಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.

    Who satisfieth thy mouth with good [things; so that] thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

18. ಜೀವವನ್ನೂ ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನೂ ನನಗೆ ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದಿ; ನಿನ್ನ ದರ್ಶನವು ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿತು.

    Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.
