What does repentance mean?

Repentance means a change of mind and heart that turns away from sin and back to God. The Greek metanoia means "changing one's mind". Both John the Baptist and Jesus began their preaching with "Repent".

மனந்திரும்புதல் என்பது பாவத்தை விட்டு முழு இருதயத்தோடு தேவனிடம் திரும்புவது.
