What does palm sunday mean?

Palm Sunday, the Sunday before Easter, remembers Jesus riding into Jerusalem on a donkey while crowds waved palm branches and shouted "Hosanna!" It begins Holy Week.

குருத்தோலை ஞாயிறு இயேசு கழுதையின்மேல் எருசலேமுக்குள் பிரவேசித்தபோது ஜனங்கள் ஓசன்னா என்று ஆர்ப்பரித்ததை நினைவுகூருகிறது.
